Illinois X-CITEMENT
Elementary Program
Illinois X-CITEMENT Elementary Program is geared towards girls from grades 3rd through 8th. For our younger players, we focus on basketball basics and fundamentals, while building skills and confidence. For our more skilled players, we provide the opportunity to increase their basketball skillset to allow them to reach their maximum potential by preparing them for the elementary and high school levels.

Within the elementary program, we have three options:
-
Local Team - player will play in local events only;
-
Travel Team - player will travel to some out of town events/tournaments;
-
AAU Travel Team - player will travel to several out of town events and compete at AAU Nationals. *Note* AAU Travel Team selection is based on the discretion of the coaching staff.

In order for players to get better and improve their game, they must be in the gym actively working on their basketball skills. Our elementary program is a YEAR ROUND program. Each season we target specific areas to work on. Each season has a goal and we track our progress by actual results.
