Illinois X-CITEMENT proudly presents Skills Academy where players can train and workout with the Illinois

X-CITEMENT team during their practice sessions, without joining/playing on the team.  This is a great opportunity for players who need more development time without the stress of playing in games.  Players who are thinking about joining Illinois X-CITEMENT can use these sessions to X-perience the practice, coaches, current players, etc., while getting a quality workout and improving their overall basketball skills. 

 

This option is ONLY available from September through February.

Program Highlights:

Skills Academy

• Sessions are based on the Illinois X-CITEMENT team practice schedule

• Sessions are 2.5 to 3 hours long

• All skill levels are welcome.  Beginning to Elite

• Ball handling, passing, defense, basketball IQ coaching, shooting, plyometric exercises, running, scrimmage, etc.

• Fun, Friendly, Judgement Free Environment!

• Cost:  $250 for 10 sessions (most trainers charge $30 to $50 an hour.  This is a great value!)​
